Terms for using the HTML TO MOTION website, browser workspace and Windows desktop software.

PREVIEW VERSION · UPDATED 14 OCTOBER 2026
01

About these terms

These terms describe use of HTML TO MOTION. Contact us at admin@htmltomotion.com with questions. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Paid checkout remains disabled. Desktop software activation and a 7-day device trial are available; creating a website account does not automatically start the desktop trial. The brand name is HTML TO MOTION; a business country, legal-entity registration and governing-law jurisdiction have not been specified for this preview. These details must be confirmed before a commercial launch. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

02

What the product provides

The browser offers demos, accounts and HTML-project storage. Windows software provides additional creation, editing, preview and local rendering tools. Availability depends on your device, software version and third-party connections. Features marked “planned” or “coming soon” are not an available service or a delivery-date promise.

03

Your account

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share passwords or API keys in support emails or project files. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us. Email verification and automated password-reset delivery are not configured in the current preview.

04

Your compositions and assets

You retain whatever rights you already hold in your uploaded HTML, assets and original content. Saving a project permits the service to store, process and display it to provide your workspace; it does not transfer ownership to us. Ensure you have permission to use fonts, music, images, code and other assets. AI-output rights and permissions depend on the provider’s terms and applicable law; we do not guarantee uniqueness or exclusive rights in generated output.

05

Acceptable use

Do not use the product to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass account protections, interfere with the service or access another user’s projects. Import only HTML you trust. Sandbox previews reduce exposure but do not make arbitrary code safe in every environment. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.

06

AI and other external services

ChatGPT, Claude and other connected services are independently operated. Their availability, privacy terms, usage limits and charges are separate. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms. The desktop studio does not include provider usage credits unless explicitly stated in an available offer.

07

Pricing and purchases

Current paid-plan prices are launch previews. Checkout is disabled. Registering launch interest does not charge you, create an order or activate a plan. Before paid sales open, the checkout must display the applicable price, currency, taxes, license scope and payment terms. Read the Refund Policy before a purchase; no voluntary change-of-mind refunds are offered. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

08

Workspace limits and compatibility

The current browser workspace supports up to 100 projects and 50 MB of HTML storage per account, with a 2 MB limit per imported HTML file. Save your own copies. Preview compatibility, remote-asset access and final rendering can differ; review output before using it commercially. HD-to-4K scaling does not create detail absent from source images.

09

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful tool, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal HTML compatibility or a particular creative result. Keep backups and verify exports. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; we do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10

Changes and contact

We may revise product features or these terms. Material changes should be identified before they take effect, especially before paid checkout opens. If you have an account, license or billing concern, contact admin@htmltomotion.com. These terms do not set a response deadline or override mandatory consumer protections.
