Paid checkout is not active on this website. Selecting Creator or Studio only records launch interest. No purchase is created, no subscription is activated and no payment is collected. There is therefore no paid webapp order to refund through this website.
No voluntary refunds
When paid sales become available, purchases are final for voluntary change-of-mind requests. We do not offer a trial-to-refund guarantee, satisfaction guarantee or discretionary refund window. A change in your plans, accidental selection or unused license does not automatically qualify for a voluntary refund. This policy must be displayed before payment so you can make an informed decision.
Before you purchase
Try the available browser demos, read the product description and confirm compatibility with your computer and intended HTML. Check the license scope, required AI-provider account and any separate provider charges. Ask admin@htmltomotion.com if you need clarification before paying. Features marked as planned are not currently included capabilities.
Statutory rights and payment errors
The no-voluntary-refund policy does not remove rights or remedies required by applicable law. Faulty or materially misdescribed digital products, duplicate payments and unauthorized charges will be assessed under applicable consumer law and payment-provider rules. Where a refund or other remedy is legally required, this policy does not prevent it. Do not treat this page as a waiver of mandatory rights.
Subscriptions and connected providers
No paid subscription is currently active. Cancellation and renewal terms will be shown before any recurring plan launches. Charges made by connected AI providers are handled by those providers under their own refund terms; HTML TO MOTION cannot refund a payment it did not collect.
Report a billing problem
Email admin@htmltomotion.com with the order reference, purchase date, account email and a description of the issue, if a paid order exists. Never send full payment-card details or passwords. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. No specific refund-processing period is promised on this page; any required process will follow applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.
